Congratulatory Certificates from the Leader of the Official Opposition
As you may know, on request the Leader of the Official Opposition is pleased to send congratulatory certificates to Canadians celebrating significant birthdays and wedding anniversaries.
Congratulatory certificates are available for:
- 65th birthdays and up (at 5 year intervals), 100th birthday and up
- 25th wedding anniversary and up (at 5 year intervals)
You can submit your request by completing the attached fillable form and e-mailing it to: Candice.Bergen@parl.gc.ca.
To ensure timely delivery we ask that you submit your request at least four weeks before the event date.
